The Hams

The Hams, a group of villagers, whose interests include acting, music, crew and front of house, who meet to foster interest in the theatre by putting on plays, play readings, theatre visits, workshops, and other related activities. Last year we put on Under Milk Wood, to the delight of all. The play for next year is now under discussion.

11th and 12th March 2011
HAMS (Hagbourne Amateur Dramatic Society) proudly presents Canterbury Tales - Chaucer Made Modern in Hagbourne Village Hall, East Hagbourne, doors open at 6.45pm, performance starts at 7.30pm. It is a bawdy romp through some of Chaucer's best known tales, as you have never seen them before - not as you learnt at school! Do join our Company of Players for the telling tales, supping of ale and the breaking of bread.
Book early to avoid disappointment - our last production was a sell out!
Tickets are available from Hagbourne Community Shop or telephone 07975683677.
