Hagbourne Village Show 2010

Sunday 12th September
Village Hall
ADMISSION FREE
Staging Time - 9am ro 11am
Judging Time - 11.30am to 1.30pm
Show Opens - 2.30pm

- Tea and cakes will be served
- Any surplus produce welcome for our fabulous action
- Raffle to be drawn at the of the show
- Craft demonstrations
- Prizes to be presented at 4.00pm folloerf by sale of produce at 'give-a-away' prices
- Schedules giving full details of the Village Show are available at the Community Shop
- No fee to enter - please return forms by 11th September

Lots of sections to enter includes: Garden Produce, Home Produce, Flower Arranging, Crafts - from photography, painting and drawing, needlecraft, embroidery, patchwork and quilting, applique, crochet, knitting, woodwork and metalword.

The show committee wishes to encourage people to enter items of crafts for exhibition without necessarily entering them for judging.

Chidlren's Sections and also Young Adults Sections, age 13 to 16 years

Please could last year's cup winners return the cups for this year's show. The Village Show makes a donation to the Village Hall out of the money collected every year.
